Job Details

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide specialized instruction aligned with students' educational goals
- Collaborate with general education teachers, administrators, and support staff
- Monitor student progress and maintain required documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and communicate regularly with families
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
- Utilize evidence-based instructional strategies to support student success
Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts Special Education Teaching License
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Special Education or a related field
- Previous school-based or classroom experience preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs

Compensation for this position ranges from $15.00 to $62.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
