Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold a valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Demonstrated experience providing speech-language services in educational or pediatric settings
- Comfort with IEP processes and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while fostering positive relationships with students, teachers, and families
Position Overview & Responsibilities:
- Participate three days a week, on campus, during the hours of 8:15 AM to 2:50 PM
- Serve a diverse and engaging student caseload, collaborating with school staff to collect relevant caseload details
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in alignment with individualized goals
- Complete assessments, deliver intervention, and contribute to IEP meetings as appropriate
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress tracking for each student
- Foster an inclusive, supportive atmosphere that empowers every child to reach their communication potential
