**Exciting Opportunity: Behavioral Psych RN - Days**\n\n**Job Description:**\n\n- Join our dynamic team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Geropsychiatric Unit, where you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care to patients.\n \n- **Key Responsibilities:**\n - Assess, monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patient conditions.\n - Maintain accurate patient reports and medical histories.\n - Perform mental and physical assessments.\n - Administer medication and treatment to patients.\n - Assist patients with daily activities and observe reactions.\n - Manage therapeutic milieu activities, including daily groups and 1:1 sessions.\n - Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure the best possible care for patients.\n - Complete individualized treatment plans upon admission and continuously update them.\n - Plan, implement, and coordinate nursing care activities based on patient needs.\n - Conduct therapies according to patients' diagnoses.\n - Provide efficient discharge plans and obtain accurate histories at admission.\n - Complete all required documentation in a timely and efficient manner.\n\n- **Job Requirements:**\n - Education: \n - 2-year Associates degree or diploma from a 3-year Nursing program required.\n - Bachelor's degree preferred.\n - Valid State of New Hampshire RN license.\n - BLS certification required.\n \n- **Experience:**\n - Minimum of 1 year previous nursing experience preferred.\n \n- **Skills:**\n - Strong knowledge of medical terminology.\n - Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.\n - Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.\n \n- **Quality of Care:**\n - Assure quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards.\n - Measure health outcomes against patient care goals and regulatory standards.\n\n**Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** \nAt CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
