Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current Massachusetts RN license.
- Minimum of 2 years ICU nursing experience.
- ACLS certification.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC.
- Experience with Meditech electronic health record system.
- Availability to start promptly.
Schedule/Hours:
- Dayshift, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- 36 hours per week.
- Work schedule: three 12-hour shifts.
- Rotates every other holiday and every third weekend.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Monitor patient condition by performing physical assessments and interpreting vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments safely according to protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Utilize Meditech for accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
- Respond effectively to emergencies and changes in patient status.
