Job DescriptionJob Overview: Pay Range: $55hr - $60hr
- Lead modern endpoint management initiatives, including device management and configuration strategies.
- Implement key initiatives within the device and data environment to enhance infrastructure capabilities.
- Design and deliver engineering solutions aligned with current and future product roadmaps.
- Collaborate with architecture teams, engineering managers, product owners, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless end-user experience.
- Provide insights into emerging technologies, products, and industry trends.
- Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues as the highest level of escalation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, business stakeholders, and technology leaders.
- Document solutions, standard operating procedures, and endpoint configuration standards.
- Lead hardware evaluation, testing, and selection across business units.
- Present technical recommendations to leadership and communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Partner with communication teams to develop materials for product awareness and adoption.
- Support smooth transition of products to operations using infrastructure best practices.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in end-user technologies and infrastructure solutions.
- Proven experience delivering solutions involving Active Directory, Azure AD, Group Policy, endpoint management, and virtualization technologies.
- Experience implementing operating system migrations with minimal user impact.
- Hands-on experience with modern device management and deployment strategies.
- Experience working in Agile environments and following Agile methodologies.
- Experience managing macOS and iOS deployments.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage endpoint infrastructure solutions.
- Ensure alignment of engineering solutions with business and product strategies.
- Provide advanced technical support and issue resolution.
- Maintain documentation and standards for infrastructure environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful project delivery.
- Lead hardware and software evaluation initiatives.

Qualification And Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
