Requirements

Active RN license

Previous management experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF)

Strong leadership and communication skills

About the Position
The RN Unit Manager oversees the care and daily operations for approximately 50 residents. Responsibilities include:

Supervising nursing staff and supporting the care team

Overseeing resident care plans

Coordinating resident care
-
Participating in morning report and QAPI activities
-
Communicating with residents, families, and healthcare providers
-
Working alongside the Huntington’s Unit Coordinator to support oversight of the Huntington’s Special Care Unit
