Make a meaningful impact as a district-wide Occupational Therapist supporting K-12 students across four school buildings in a vibrant educational community near Windsor, VT. This full-time, contract position is ideal for professionals who are passionate about fostering students' growth and access to learning environments. The assignment spans from late August through mid-June, offering a dynamic school-year opportunity.

Qualifications:

  • Current Vermont Occupational Therapist certificate required
  • Experience working with students across elementary, middle, and high school age groups is highly valued
  • Ability to manage and travel between multiple school sites
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students in accordance with IEP and 504 plans
  • Evaluate student needs and develop individualized intervention strategies
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success and functional independence
  • Document services, progress, and compliance timely and accurately
  • Participate in eligibility and IEP meetings as part of the support team
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and engaging school environment for all students
