Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Massachusetts Special Education (SPED) teaching license
- Prior experience working with K-12 learners is highly valued
- Knowledge of individualized education plans (IEPs) and ability to implement appropriate accommodations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with staff, students, and families
- Adaptability to address the needs of students with varying abilities and backgrounds
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans for assigned students
- Adapt instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs and support academic success
- Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and support staff
- Conduct ongoing assessments and adjust teaching methods based on student progress

- Maintain accurate records and comply with regulatory standards
