We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time BCBA to join our team at Champions ABA - MA in Pelham, NH. About the Role:
As a Part-Time BCBA, you will work closely with our exceptional team of professionals to develop and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans for our clients. You will conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and provide direct therapy to clients in their homes and communities. Your expertise and passion will make a significant impact on the lives of our clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavioral treatment plans for clients

Provide direct therapy services to clients in their homes and communities

Collaborate with families and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care

Monitor and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes

Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans
Requirements:

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or related developmental disabilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time management skills
