Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work sites, tools, and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency
- Support skilled tradespeople by preparing work areas, handing tools, and following instructions precisely
- Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Operate basic machinery or equipment under supervision, ensuring proper handling at all times
- Report any hazards or issues promptly to supervisors for immediate resolution
Requirements
- Prior experience in general labor, construction, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
