Position Details
- Specialization: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (Board Certified / Board Eligible)
- Patient Panel: Opportunity to take over a robust panel with a varied patient demographic
- Practice Environment: Supportive collegial practice with strong Advanced Practice Provider (APP) assistance
- Patient Hours: 32-36 hours per week
- Patient Load: 16-18 patients per day with manageable, shared on-call duties
- Referral System: Easy internal referrals to specialists within our 330+ physician-led group, ensuring seamless continuity of care
- Electronic Medical Records: Utilization of EPIC
- Organization Type: 501(c) Not-for-profit
- Clinical Affiliation: Partnered with Massachusetts General Hospital
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive Salary: Guaranteed base salary, plus a wRVU bonus plan and quarterly panel payments

Salary Range
Targeted Pay Range: Minimum range of $230,000 to $280,000, part of a competitive total rewards package that may include additional components such as incentives, equity, and benefits. Individual compensation is influenced by various factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We regularly review compensation to ensure it remains competitive and equitable.
