- Participate in on-call support on a rotational basis, including outside normal business hours when required.
- Provide hands-and-feet support for network, data, and voice infrastructure.
- Manage the complete lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement coordination, allocation, tracking, inventory control, returns, repairs, RMA, and disposal.
- Maintain high accuracy and integrity of the asset inventory database.
- Conduct quarterly asset audits, reconciliation, and verification with relevant stakeholders.
- Track asset warranty, AMC details, and coordinate with vendors for repairs and replacements.
