Job Overview

Seeking an experienced Clinical Coordinator to oversee daily clinical operations in an Internal Medicine office. The role involves supervising clinical support staff, coordinating schedules, ensuring smooth patient flow, maintaining clinical standards, and providing direct nursing support when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily clinical staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage.
• Supervise, train, and support clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Oversee office operations, patient appointments, phone calls, and medical records.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and CLIA policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain clinical office policies and procedures.
• Coordinate communication between providers, administrative staff, and clinical teams.
• Participate in hiring, performance reviews, and staff development.
• Perform regular nursing duties and provide coverage across clinical functions.
• Manage and order clinical supplies.

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical office setting.
• Active New Hampshire Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license.
• Basic Life Support (American Heart Association).
• Compact license accepted; reciprocity or license-eligible candidates may receive special consideration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous clinical staff supervision experience.
• Direct medical office or specialty clinic experience.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage stressful situations professionally.
• Excellent patient care and confidentiality practices.
