As an RBT, you’ll work one-on-one, helping develop and implement behavior intervention plans that foster growth, independence, and academic success. Enjoy consistent weekday hours—32.5 to 37.5 hours per week—while collaborating closely with educational professionals and families.

Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential
  • Experience working with children or students in educational or clinical settings preferred
  • Familiarity with ABA principles and data collection
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, patient approach
  • Ability to adapt to changes and work effectively within a team environment
  • Commitment to confidentiality and ethical practice

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support and implement behavioral strategies for a first grade student
  • Collect data and document progress toward behavioral and academic goals
