Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in a middle school environment.
- Background working with students exhibiting behavioral, mental health, social, and emotional challenges.
- Knowledge and experience in tiered interventions and social-emotional learning (SEL) curriculum.
- Proven support of students with counseling objectives on IEPs.
- Master’s degree preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop intervention strategies for students’ social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Provide direct counseling and support to students with counseling goals on IEPs.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families on student progress.
- Implement SEL and tiered support systems within the school.
