Our company continues to grow, and we are currently looking for experienced HVAC technicians who desire to find a professional home with a company that values who they are and what they do each day!
While we specialize in the installation and servicing of ducted and ductless air source heat pump systems, we also install furnaces, boilers, and central AC, and are looking for technicians who have exposure across a variety of HVAC systems.

Requirements
You should consider applying if you can bring these things to the table:
- A valid EPA Universal certification
- A minimum of 3 years of HVAC experience
- A positive attitude that is focused on creating a team atmosphere and delivering exceptional customer service
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a drug screening and criminal background check
- The physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, bend, stoop, reach, and travel for the duration of the workday.
You may be a rock star candidate eligible for sign-on bonuses if you have a few of these to offer as well:
- You're a lead performer at your current place of employment
- Valid MA Refrigeration license (preferred but not required)
- 5 or more years of HVAC experience
- Crew Lead or Senior HVAC Technician experience
- A valid license in additional trades such as plumbing, sheet metal, electrical, etc.
Salary: Dependent upon experience $34.00-$45.00/hr. to start
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Overtime hours available
- Limited on-call shifts on rotation
