This position offers the flexibility of full-time or part-time work for the 2024/2025 school year and includes participation in running an alternative program designed to meet unique student requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction and support tailored to students in middle and high school with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Manage a caseload of students requiring special education services and collaborate with colleagues to ensure individualized goals are met
- Assist in operating an alternative program that provides additional educational options and supports behavioral and academic growth
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress monitoring in compliance with educational standards
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of individualized plans
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Certification or licensure in Special Education
- Experience working with middle and high school students in a special education setting
- Ability to manage a caseload and implement individualized strategies effectively
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with students, staff, and families
