Responsibilities

Conduct nutritional assessments and develop individualized meal plans for residents

Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure that dietary needs are met and exceed resident expectations

Monitor and report on resident food intake and nutritional status

Develop and implement nutrition education programs for residents and staff

Stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in nutrition and provide expert guidance to colleagues

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve the overall quality of care
