Busy full practice Cape Cod law firm seeking real estate paralegal for a full time position preparing real estate closings. Candidate must have 4-7 year’s experience in preparing commercial and/or residential loan transactions, software closing programs, policy generation, and post-closing matters.

Knowledge of automated conveyance and MS Word software very helpful.
