Qualifications:
- Current Massachusetts RN license
- Proven experience in Emergency Room nursing
- Ability to provide compassionate, efficient patient care under pressure

Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care in the emergency department
- Monitor and document patient conditions and responses to treatments
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Manage emergency situations with calm and precision to stabilize patients
- Educate patients and families about care processes and post-treatment instructions
Schedule:
- Shift from 3:00 PM to 3:00 AM
This role requires a permanent Massachusetts nursing license at submission and offers a structured 12-hour shift schedule ideal for professionals seeking focused and intensive work periods.
