Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• Possess a current and valid license to practice in Massachusetts as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication skills, enabling the establishment of trusting relationships with clients and fostering an empathic therapeutic relationship.

• Demonstrate empathy, active listening, and a non-judgmental approach, essential for creating a safe space for clients to share their narratives.
