Advocate Healthcare of East Boston is looking for an experienced Registered Dietitian to join our team and play an important role in the nutritional care and overall well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities
-
Evaluate residents’ nutritional needs and develop appropriate care plans.

Monitor nutritional status and make recommendations based on residents’ individual needs.

Work closely with nursing and other members of the healthcare team.

Participate in resident care planning and interdisciplinary meetings.

Provide nutrition education to residents and their families.
-
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Help ensure residents receive appropriate and individualized nutritional care.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field
-
Massachusetts RD/RDN license
-
At least 6 months of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Strong clinical nutrition knowledge

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
