You will be paired with an experienced mentor who will support you through your initial transactions. Recognizing that business development and lead generation are the primary challenges for new agents, we are committed to helping driven, coachable agents thrive in a collaborative and supportive environment.
As a Real Estate Sales Agent, your responsibilities will include:
- Obtaining an active NH real estate license
- Proactively following up with team-provided inbound leads
- Conducting buyer and seller consultations, showings, and open houses
- Utilizing our CRM and tech tools to manage your pipeline
- Attending regular training and coaching sessions
- Contributing a collaborative, high-energy mindset to our dynamic team
