Job DescriptionDescription:

Hands-on Site Staff Manager responsible for maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of Oak Terrace Condominium buildings, common areas, and amenities including pool and fitness center.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Perform routine maintenance and repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting)

· Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly

· Conduct regular property inspections and address issues proactively

· Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors

· Maintain pool, fitness center, and common areas

· Manage building access systems, keys, and door codes

· Maintain maintenance records and work order documentation

· Available for emergency response and after-hours calls


SCHEDULE

Monday through Friday, weekends as needed. On-call availability required.

Requirements:


· 3-5 years property maintenance or facilities management experience

· Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)

· Excellent communication and customer service skills

· Valid driver's license

· Ability to work on ladders

· CPO certification or willingness to obtain (preferred)
