SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Millis, MA. We are seeking dependable and compassionate caregivers to provide personalized support and help clients remain safe and comfortable in their homes.

What You’ll Do

Assist with personal care and daily living activities

Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning

Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed

Provide companionship and emotional support

Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe environment

Follow client care plans and established routines
-
Report client needs or changes to the care team
Qualifications
-
Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
-
Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

Compassionate, patient, and dependable

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working independently in a client’s home

Able to commit to longer shifts as scheduled
