Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s or doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure or eligibility for certification as a School Psychologist
- Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations, creating intervention plans, and working within IEP/504 team settings
- Knowledge of MTSS, PBIS, and current best practices in student support
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with students, families, and colleagues
- Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive psychological assessments to determine student needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor effective intervention strategies
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support individualized instructional planning
- Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention services as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings, multi-disciplinary team discussions, and data analysis for student progress
- Deliver professional development and consultation on psychological services and student well-being
