Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate each patient's history and develop tailored treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery.

  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to aid patients in their healing journey.

  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, providing a safe space for clients to explore their experiences, develop coping mechanisms, and foster resilience.

  • Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated care, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing progress and feedback.

  • Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during trauma-related emergencies to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.

  • Educate patients and their families on trauma responses, available resources, and effective coping strategies, empowering them in their recovery efforts.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
