Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their needs, challenges, and mental health histories.
- Develop personalized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based therapeutic techniques, tailored to the individual goals of each client.
- Provide high-quality individual therapy sessions, as well as couples and family therapy, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
- Assist clients in establishing realistic and achievable mental health goals, regularly evaluating progress and adapting strategies as needed.
- Maintain detailed and confidential client records that meet ethical, legal, and organizational standards.
- Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, webinars, and training sessions relevant to mental health practices and regulations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
The compensation for this role falls within the range of USD 100,000 to USD 110,000 annually, reflecting the value and impact of your work on our clients and organization.
