Job Description

Step into a rewarding contract position serving elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist at a vibrant, student-focused school in the Jaffrey, NH area. This full-time opportunity provides the chance to make an immediate and lasting impact in a collaborative environment alongside another skilled SLP. With a manageable caseload of 40-45 students (shared between buildings), you'll provide essential communication support through a blend of one-on-one and small group sessions.

Your workday will run from 8am to 2:40pm, offering a healthy work-life balance while participating fully in school life. You’ll conduct evaluations, prepare thorough reports, attend vital meetings, and deliver direct therapies to help students reach their highest potential—all within a supportive team of educators and clinicians.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Valid SLP license for practice in New Hampshire
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
Previous experience in school settings strongly preferred
Proficient in completing evaluations, working with IEPs, and using evidence-based interventions
Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary-aged students
Provide individualized and group therapy targeting students’ unique needs
Document progress, write evaluation reports, and maintain compliance with IEP paperwork
Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and collaborate with school staff and families
Foster positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues
