Physicians Rehab Solution is growing and hiring a Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedics position at Boston Orthopaedic and Spine in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Full-time is preferred, and part-time and PRN candidates will also be considered. A full-time Clinic Director opportunity is available for qualified candidates. New graduate PTs will receive dedicated support and mentorship.

About the Role

You will treat patients of all ages in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting with a general orthopedic caseload. You will work alongside board-certified, fellowship-trained specialists and comprehensive care teams that include experienced physician assistants and specialized orthotists. Boston Orthopaedic and Spine serves a distinguished patient base that includes professional and collegiate athletes, weekend warriors, and older adults, with institutional affiliations that include the Boston Celtics, Harvard Medical School, and MIT. Full-time PTs can expect to treat an average of 11 patients per day. Clinic Directors provide a blend of direct patient care and managerial responsibilities.

Schedule

The clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm with no weekends and no holidays. Flexible scheduling is available based on the needs of the clinician hired, with autonomy to structure a schedule that supports work-life balance.

Compensation and Benefits

Starting salary for a full-time position is in the range of $80,000 per year, with increases based on experience and qualifications. Bonus opportunities are also available. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k), paid time off, life insurance, and continuing education support.

Qualifications

Candidates must be eligible for Massachusetts state licensure as a Physical Therapist. Prior outpatient orthopedic experience is required. New graduate PTs are welcome and will be fully supported and mentored. Full-time availability of 40 hours per week is preferred, and part-time and PRN candidates will also be considered for the staff-level position. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
