Qualifications & Experience:
- Current and active State Occupational Therapist (OT) License
- Previous school-based OT experience preferred, especially with middle and high school students
- Strong skills in conducting evaluations, developing and tracking IEP goals, and providing both direct and consultative therapy services
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and documentation abilities
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to a diverse caseload of middle and high school students
- Conduct assessments, write reports, and contribute to IEP meetings as an integral team member
- Develop and implement treatment plans geared toward each student's unique needs and educational goals
- Maintain thorough records and collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals
