About the Role
The Memory Care Program Director leads our Reflections Memory Care neighborhood, overseeing daily operations and creating engaging, meaningful programming that maximizes quality of life for residents. This role partners closely with families and leads the team with compassion, accountability, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the Reflections community (care, nutrition, cleanliness, staff support, and activities)

Build strong relationships with residents and families through trust and communication

Plan and implement engaging programs (spiritual, educational, cognitive, social, wellness, etc.)

Encourage resident participation and adapt activities to increase engagement

Recruit, train, and supervise activity team members, entertainers, volunteers, and vendors

Publish monthly activity calendar and newsletter

Assist with sales/marketing efforts to support community growth and occupancy

Coordinate community outings and events (includes van outings)

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and knowledge of Alzheimer’s/dementia/dementia related aging and disability issues.
- Must have 1 year experience working with elders, in home care, assisted living or skilled nursing facility settings
- Must have demonstrated experience by education and/or experience in developing recreational programs
- Must meets Registry of Motor Vehicle requirements as an approved driver
