Job Description

Trueline’s client, a leading general contractor specializing in high-end commercial, institutional, and residential construction, is seeking a Senior Superintendent in Boston, MA. This is a field leadership role for someone who excels in managing complex, ground-up builds and knows how to lead teams with confidence, clarity, and integrity.

What You’ll Do as the Senior Superintendent:

• Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout

• Manage subcontractors’ daily progress to ensure alignment with project plans, specs, and timelines

• Enforce safety compliance and uphold clean, orderly jobsite conditions

• Provide regular field updates to the Project Manager and stakeholders

• Conduct daily reports, inspections, and photo documentation

• Run on-site coordination meetings and resolve issues in real time

• Maintain site logistics and delivery schedules

• Serve as a professional point of contact for owners, architects, and inspectors

Must-Haves as the Senior Superintendent:

• 7+ years of superintendent experience on vertical construction projects

• Strong background in ground-up builds and jobsite coordination

• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and keep complex projects on track

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Proficient with Procore and standard field reporting tools

• OSHA 30 certification

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Nice-to-Haves as the Senior Superintendent:

• Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL) strongly preferred

• Experience across multiple sectors, including commercial, institutional, and high-end residential

• Deep familiarity with Boston-area construction logistics
