We are seeking highly motivated, licensed real estate professionals who are comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting to generate rental and sales business. This role is ideal for agents who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are driven to build their own pipeline in one of the most competitive real estate markets in the country.

Key Responsibilities
- Cold call property owners, landlords, and prospective clients to generate rental and sales opportunities
- Actively prospect for new business through outbound calls and follow-ups
- Convert leads into listing appointments and client relationships
- Conduct property showings, client meetings, and negotiations
- Maintain a consistent in-office presence when not out in the field
- Build and manage a personal pipeline of rental and sales clients
Requirements
- Active Massachusetts real estate license (required)
- Comfortable and confident with high-volume cold calling
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and resilience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must live within a 20–25 minute driving distance of the Cambridge/Somerville area
- This is not a remote position
