Were currently seeking a motivated Physical Therapist for both full-time (~36 clinical hours/week) and part-time (1025 hours/week) opportunities.
At Crossroads, quality always comes before volume. Follow-up visits are scheduled every 45 minutes to allow the time needed for thoughtful care and genuine relationships. Clinicians are also given protected documentation time to support work-life balance because your well-being is essential to ours.

What Youll Do
- Implement individualized physical therapy plans of care in 45-minute treatment blocks.
- Complete documentation efficiently with time built into your schedule.
- Engage in continuing education and professional growth to maintain an active MA PT license.
What Were Looking For
- DPT required; outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
- Strong foundation in exercise science personal training experience a plus.
- A team player who values communication, collaboration, and patient-centered care.
- Comfort using EMR systems and technology for documentation and communication.
