Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A contracted Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is needed to provide high-quality speech therapy services to high school students. This role is based in Worcester, MA, with a start date in August and will run through the school year (NSY). The position offers flexible scheduling with 3 to 5 days per week, hours determined by the finalized schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to a caseload of approximately 20 high school students.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective therapy plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in meetings and contribute to IEP development as required.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
- Proven experience working with high school-aged students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
