A challenging opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse specializing in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) care to provide critical patient support in a 10-bed unit responding to adolescent through geriatric populations. This role demands clinical excellence in a Level III trauma environment with a focused nurse-to-patient ratio of 2:1 to ensure attentive and high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive ICU nursing care aligned with evidence-based protocols.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, accuratley documenting all care and interventions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Manage equipment and medications pertinent to critical care patients.
- Participate in continuous education and professional development to maintain skills.
Qualifications and Licensure:
- Possession of a current, valid RN license with relevant ICU experience required.
- New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate must be obtained and provided before consideration.
- Experience in trauma care and working across a broad age range from adolescents to geriatrics is ideal.
- Commitment to maintaining schedule adherence without extensive request for time off (no more than 5 days).

Job Type & Scheduling:
- This is a contract assignment.
- Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible.
