Colonial Poplin Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to join our nursing team on the 11:00 PM–7:00 AM overnight shift.

Position Details
Position: Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)
Shift: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
Location: Fremont, NH
Sign-On Bonus: $3,000
What You’ll Do
-
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

Provide compassionate and respectful overnight care
-
Assist with repositioning, transfers, and other resident needs
-
Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to the licensed nurse
-
Respond to resident call lights and requests in a timely manner
-
Maintain resident comfort, safety, dignity, and privacy
-
Accurately document care provided
-
Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies
-
Communicate effectively with nurses and other members of the care team
-
Help maintain a comfortable and supportive environment for our residents throughout the night
Qualifications

Current New Hampshire LNA license in good standing
-
Long-term care, skilled nursing, or healthcare experience preferred
-
Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
-
Dependable and able to work effectively on the overnight shift

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Commitment to providing high-quality resident care
