Job DescriptionSenior Project Manager – Capital Equipment & Automation | Southern NH
Exciting opportunity to join a growing organization and play a key role in building out the Project Management Office (PMO). This is more than a traditional project management position—you’ll have the opportunity to lead complex capital equipment and manufacturing automation projects from concept through completion, working directly with some of the world’s largest companies.
- Help build and grow the PMO, establishing processes and best practices as the team expands.
- Own projects from concept to completion, including scope, schedules, budgets, milestones, and financial performance.
- Lead complex automation and manufacturing projects where the project itself is the end product.
- Be a key customer-facing leader, building strong relationships and ensuring projects deliver on customer expectations.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, Finance, and customers to turn innovative concepts into successful manufacturing solutions.
- Drive projects on time, on budget, and with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Manage multiple projects while proactively identifying risks, resolving issues, and developing recovery plans when needed.
- Experience with capital equipment procurement is a major plus.
This is a great opportunity for a hands-on Project Manager who enjoys complex technical projects, customer interaction, and the chance to help shape and build a PMO from the ground up.
Requires being onsite 5 days a week in the Hudson New Hampshire area.
Depending on years of experience and fit, salary is up to $160K base plus 5% bonus and full benefits package.
