As an R&D Lab Test Technician with Rexa, you will be responsible for managing lab activities, maintaining test equipment & systems as well as conducting detailed test plans and documenting the results in an accurate and precise manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of system test plans on new and existing products and document
  • Support the execution of design verification plans on new and existing products and document
  • Support or execute software regression testing and document results.
  • Write basic test reports and document
  • Debug/analyze customer electronic, software and hydraulic
  • Maintain and upkeep the R&D lab and
  • Create maintenance schedules for hydraulic equipment and monitor / manage schedules for lab activities.
  • Assemble and repair hydraulic
  • Construct new electronics and hydraulic systems.
  • Support resolving manufacturing related issues.
  • Prepare and execute FAT testing.
  • Basic AutoCAD & SW drawing creation or modification.
  • Generate or resolve production-related incidents.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associates or technical degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, preferred or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience troubleshooting hydraulic and electrical components
  • Experience with hand tools, electrical meters and test equipment
  • Strong ability to diagnose and repair complex hydraulic systems, fluid power circuits, and mechanical assemblies
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with use of diagnostic equipment, precision measuring instruments, power tools, and specialized mechanical hand tools
  • Skilled in reading and interpreting mechanical blueprints, hydraulic schematics, and technical engineering drawings
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and self-motivated
  • Ability to work well within a team environment and communicate effectively
  • Willingness to adapt to learning new tasks and responsibilities
  • Competence with Microsoft Office programs and ERP systems


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with PC driven data logging equipment, printed circuit boards, and hydraulic components
  • Experience in trouble shooting Electromechanical assemblies
  • Thorough documentation abilities


Working conditions

Office and manufacturing environment. Standing, walking, bending, lifting required. Strict compliance with company safety policies.

Hourly range: $27.69 - $34.62 depending on experience
