Your Role:
Imagine a day where you independently venture into hospital settings, tasked with the vital role of maintaining and repairing critical medical equipment, ranging from sterilizers to steam generators. Core Responsibilities:
- Implement troubleshooting and repair strategies for both STERIS and competitor healthcare equipment.
- Autonomously prioritize tasks and manage your schedule to meet both customer and company needs efficiently.
- Interact with various teams, utilizing advanced tech platforms to resolve issues and adhere to compliance regulations.
- Facilitate clear communications with customers regarding repair options, collaborating with Sales to enhance client experiences.
Ideal candidates often have hands-on experience in industries such as HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, or mechanics.
Required Expertise:
- A valid driver's license and the ability to maintain required credentialing.
- Effective interpersonal and technical communication skills.
- Proficiency with basic computing tools and software.
- Adaptability to varying schedules to meet the dynamic needs of our clients.
