Looking to make a meaningful impact while expanding your experience in a school-based setting? ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time school-based opportunity in Sudbury, Massachusetts for the 2026–2027 school year, beginning in September 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced school-based PT or a clinician looking to transition from a hospital, outpatient, rehabilitation, pediatric, or clinical setting into education. You'll work alongside educators, families, and related service professionals to help students develop the physical and functional skills they need to participate and succeed in the school environment.

Caseload and student assignments discussed during the interview
Collaborative special education and multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy services in accordance with student IEP goals
Conduct evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Support students with mobility, gross motor, functional, and physical needs
Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and related service providers
Participate in IEP meetings and provide clinical recommendations
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district and state requirements
Qualifications
Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT)
Active or pending Massachusetts Physical Therapy license
Ability to provide onsite services in a school-based setting
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred, but not required
Physical Therapists transitioning from hospitals, outpatient clinics, rehabilitation facilities, or other clinical settings are encouraged to apply
