We are seeking a certified Red Cross Water Safety Instructor (WSI) to join our Aquatics team. This part-time position involves teaching both group and private swim lessons, using our modified Red Cross curriculum.
Responsibilities:
- Teach group lessons (maximum 4 students per class) and private lessons for swimmers of various skill levels.
- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all swimmers.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and safety during all lessons.
Requirements:
- Red Cross Water Safety Instructor (WSI) certification
- Availability to work Saturdays and/or Sundays for a minimum of 4 total hours as well as weekdays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and helping others succeed in the water.
