Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Seeking an experienced Behavior Specialist with BCBA certification for a K-12 school setting in Cambridge, MA. This contract position spans the current school year, providing critical behavioral support in an educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to implement evidence-based strategies.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions to promote positive behavioral outcomes.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on behavior management techniques.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and comply with school policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required.
  • Proven experience as a Behavior Specialist within K-12 educational settings.
  • Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively.
