Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $70 - $73 / hr. w2
Responsibilities:
This is an opportunity for a highly motivated Cloud Engineer to join Enterprise Data's Messaging Squad where you will contribute to powering the next generation of digital services through innovative solutions using the latest cloud native technologies and innovative engineering practices.
Experience Requirements:
Artemis MQ and IBM MQ
Azure and/or AWS public cloud
IAC using Terraform
Kubernetes - must be very strong
CICD Jenkins, Github, artifactory
- Strong Unix/Linux knowledge and experience in configuring and deploying applications in a public cloud like Azure/AWS.
- Very strong understanding and practical experience with implementing Infrastructure as Code using tools like Terraform or ARM
- Expertise and hands-on experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment tools such as GitHub, Artifactory and Jenkins.
- Proven knowledge and experience of building and managing cloud platforms (i.e. Kubernetes with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
- Hands on experience with all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment and support.
- Experience in designing, creating and deploying automated processes to install, upgrade and rehydrate MQ platforms, such as Artemis MQ and IBM MQ, in public cloud environment.
- Excellent analytical skills to triage and resolve production issues and outages
- Experience with on-call support, resolving incidents and release management practices.
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Very strong technical capability and passionate about learning new technologies and cloud trends
- Experience and willingness to work in globally distributed agile teams.
Bonus Skills Certification in public cloud (Azure or AWS)
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
