Build your specialty—or help lead ours.

Concierge Physical Therapy is seeking Physical Therapists who want to develop their pelvic health expertise or use their experience to help grow our specialty program.

Whether you’re entering pelvic health or bringing advanced clinical skills, you’ll have opportunities to learn, collaborate, and contribute to a growing service. We support specialty coursework, certification, and continued development, with responsibilities aligned to your training and demonstrated competency.

CPT is a family-owned, DPT-owned outpatient practice growing throughout Central and Eastern Massachusetts. Our approach combines individualized patient care, clinical autonomy, and an investment in the people delivering that care.

Two Paths to Grow

Develop your pelvic health expertise

Prior pelvic health experience or certification is not required for our development pathway. You’ll build your skills through:

  • Company-supported pelvic health coursework and specialty certification reimbursement.

  • Unlimited continuing education reimbursement with no annual cap.

  • Clinical collaboration and opportunities for mentorship.

  • CPT LAB, quarterly guest lecturers, and ongoing clinical education.

  • A gradual transition into pelvic health treatment based on completed training and demonstrated competency.

Help lead our pelvic health program

Experienced pelvic health clinicians can contribute beyond their own caseload through opportunities to:

  • Help shape specialty services and clinical standards.

  • Mentor clinicians entering pelvic health.

  • Develop educational resources and lead case discussions.

  • Strengthen relationships with referring providers.

  • Support program development and service expansion across CPT locations.

Leadership scope will reflect your experience, interests, and the needs of the program.

A Clinical Environment That Supports Your Work

  • One-on-one patient care without double-booking expectations.

  • One-hour evaluations.

  • Approximately 12 patients per full clinical day.

  • Dedicated support staff.

  • Clinical autonomy in treatment planning.

  • Scheduled documentation time to support timely completion during the workday.

Compensation and Benefits

  • $95,000 - $115,000 based on experience and role scope.

  • $10,000 sign-on bonus.

  • Monthly and quarterly bonus opportunities.

  • Student loan reimbursement.

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance.

  • 401(k) with employer match.

  • Paid time off, paid holidays, and dedicated sick time.

  • License reimbursement.

  • Relocation assistance where applicable.

  • Flexible scheduling options.

  • Unlimited continuing education reimbursement.

  • Pelvic health training and specialty certification support.

  • Clinical and leadership development opportunities.

What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.

  • Provide pelvic health care within your training, demonstrated competency, and scope of practice.

  • Build trust through respectful communication, informed consent, patient education, and attention to privacy.

  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation in PROMPT EMR.

  • Collaborate with colleagues and referring providers to support coordinated care.

  • Participate in continuing education and apply new learning to clinical practice.

  • Contribute to patient education, community outreach, and the development of CPT’s pelvic health services.

  • For experienced clinicians pursuing leadership, mentor colleagues and help guide program development and consistent care standards.

What You Bring

All candidates

  • Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.

  • Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license, or eligibility to obtain licensure before starting clinical work.

  • Commitment to evidence-based care and continued learning.

  • Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to sensitive patient concerns.

  • A collaborative, patient-centered approach.

For the development pathway

  • Interest in pelvic health and willingness to complete specialty training.

  • Commitment to building and demonstrating clinical competency.

  • Outpatient experience preferred; prior pelvic health experience or certification is not required.

For experienced practitioners interested in leadership

  • Established pelvic health evaluation and treatment experience.

  • Advanced pelvic health training; specialty certification welcomed.

  • Interest in mentoring clinicians and developing specialty services.

  • Previous mentorship, education, or program development experience preferred.

Bring your interest in pelvic health—or your vision for helping it grow. Apply to explore your next step with Concierge Physical Therapy.
