The Custodial Worker is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in office buildings and industrial sites. Working primarily on day shifts, this role involves operating basic and specialized cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and buffers. The Custodial Worker functions both independently and as part of a custodial team to ensure all assigned areas meet cleanliness and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain office and industrial facility floors
- Operate floor scrubbers, buffers, and basic cleaning tools
- Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, trash removal, and surface sanitation
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment
- Work independently and collaborate with custodial team members

- Entry-level experience in custodial work
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment operation
