Job DescriptionElectro-Mechanical Maintenance Specialist

Where: Avon, MA

When: 1st Shift, 7:00am–3:30pm

Pay: $29.00–$34.00/hour based on experience

Do you enjoy troubleshooting machinery and making lasting fixes?
Are you the go-to person for keeping equipment calibrated and aligned?
Do you take pride in preventing downtime before it happens?

What you’ll do

Perform scheduled service: cleaning, lubrication, mechanical/electrical adjustments, and calibrations.
Diagnose problems, test equipment, repair issues, and install replacement parts.
Conduct preventive maintenance and unscheduled repairs to keep systems running.
Analyze failures and recommend improvements that increase uptime, capability, and yield.
Document modifications and best practices in clear technical reports.

What you’ll bring

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
Background in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
