Job Description

Exciting opportunities await experienced Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Therapists eager to make a difference in the lives of young learners. This full-time contract role spans the academic year, starting August 31st and running through June 24th, providing support to students in grades K-3. The position offers a consistent weekday schedule from 8:15AM to 3:15PM, totaling 32.5 hours each week.

What We’re Looking For:

Active RBT credential or proven experience as a Behavior Technician
Prior school-based experience (required)
Comprehensive ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) training
Comfortable working within district settings and protocols
Able to effectively manage and service a diverse caseload of elementary students
Must possess a high school diploma
Strongly prefer Behavior Therapist candidates; paraprofessional credentials will not be considered
Capable of completing required district onboarding and fingerprinting
Reliable transportation and ability to commute within the area is essential
Openness and transparency—please disclose all required details upfront
District will not provide RBT supervision

Your Role:

Deliver behavior intervention services with a focus on students in K-3
Implement ABA strategies aligned with students’ individualized plans
Work collaboratively with classroom teachers, support staff, and families
Collect and report data to help measure student progress and adjust intervention techniques
Maintain professional communication and uphold student well-being
