Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans based on clients’ unique needs, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop pre-crisis and crisis management strategies.

  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all client interactions and treatment processes, adhering to regulatory standards and organizational policies.
  • \n

  • Utilize evidence-based screening tools as part of the therapeutic process to ensure that clients receive the most effective and relevant interventions.

  • Work closely with different programs within the organization to develop and implement positive behavioral support plans aimed at improving client outcomes.

  • Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations while advocating for the highest standards of care.

  • Serve as a liaison to state agencies, community partners, and other service systems to facilitate access to resources and promote client welfare.

  • Maintain open lines of communication with clients, families, and other stakeholders to align treatment with individual goals and contract standards.

  • Establish and nurture relationships with local, state, and federal organizations to identify partnership opportunities and potential funding sources.

  • Engage in ongoing professional development through conferences, workshops, and community events, positioning yourself as a knowledgeable resource in the field of mental health.

  • Champion the agency's mission, values, and principles in all interactions and participate in additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director.

The clients you will serve encompass a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences, including those struggling with mental health issues, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and acquired brain injuries. Qualifications\n

  • A Master's Degree in a mental health field is required, providing you with the foundational knowledge necessary for effective counseling.
